We all have these thoughts from time to time, but I found that these thoughts would happen more and more and I suddenly realised that I had to do something about it.
Start to wonder what I needed to do in order to get out of a job that I disliked and to find an overseas job that suits my skills and experience. As I wanted to live somewhere warm. I decided to start my search for a job in the Caribbean.
I started doing research online, I realised that I would have to educate myself a great deal in order to find the right job in the right place. For instance, which island I want to work on in the Caribbean? What kind of job that I want to do? Where was I going to live? And what I need to do to get my Visa? These were just some of the questions that I needed to answer myself.
After a while, I started to realize that I wasn't making the progress that I had hoped for. I must have gone to a million web sites trying to find out all of the information I was looking for. I would start off on the jobsite looking at overseas vacancies and jobs in the Caribbean, and then I would go to another website in order to find out the visa requirements are that particular island and then I would go to another website, which would give me information about life in general on that particular island.
It really was very difficult. I spent more time, jumping between websites about overseas jobs in the Caribbean than I did actually learning anything useful. That would help me to fulfil my dreams.
